From savoring flavours to crafting them, Ms Aakriti’s journey took a delicious turn. A devoted foodie at heart, her entrepreneurial journey began with a wedding planning startup, where she discovered her love for creating thoughtful experiences and bringing people together. Today, that same instinct finds a new expression through The Lemon Bowl. Guided by her palate and passion for presentation, she has created a distinctive brand centred around beautifully curated, pre-plated platters that turn every gathering into a memorable culinary experience.

A culinary dreamer with a whisk in one hand and years of traditional cooking wisdom in the other, Mrs. Moonmoon Todi knows that great food is as much about instinct as it is about technique. With an expert sense of flavours, years of industry experience, and a vision that goes far beyond simply putting food on a plate, she brings something distinctly her own to every creation.
Her secret? Knowing when to respect the classics, when to add her own twist, and how to make flavours come together just right. It’s this blend of traditional know-how, sharp culinary instinct, industry expertise, and a vision for creating memorable food experiences that sets her apart.
